About MBI96
Malaysia's home for premium online casino games, live sports betting, and a player-first experience — built from the ground up for Malaysian players.
Our Story
MBI96 was founded with one straightforward conviction: Malaysian players deserve a world-class online gaming experience that actually understands them — their preferred payment methods, their football loyalties, their language, and the kind of service that picks up when things go wrong at 2 AM.
We started as a focused team of gaming industry professionals and technology engineers based across Southeast Asia, with deep roots in the Malaysian market. From Kuala Lumpur's buzzing fintech scene to Penang's creative tech corridor, MBI96 was shaped by people who live and breathe the same culture as our players. That context — local knowledge paired with international expertise — is what makes us different from generic offshore platforms that treat Malaysia as just another flag on a geo-list.
Since launch, MBI96 has grown into one of the most recognised online casino and sports betting brands among Malaysian players. We've built that reputation the hard way: by consistently delivering fast payouts, transparent terms, and a game library that keeps expanding with titles players actually want to play — not just whatever fills a catalogue quota.
Our sportsbook covers the fixtures that matter to Malaysians the most: every EPL weekend, Liga Super Malaysia matchdays, UFC fight nights, and major international tournaments. Our live casino floors host real dealers running baccarat, blackjack, roulette, and dragon tiger tables around the clock. And our slots library spans everything from classic three-reel machines to modern high-volatility video slots with RTP rates that are independently audited and published.
We are not trying to be everything to everyone. We are trying to be the most reliable, most transparent, and most enjoyable online gaming platform for players aged 21 and above in Malaysia — and we measure ourselves against that standard every single day.
Our Mission & Values
Everything we do at MBI96 is guided by a clear set of principles — not marketing language, but actual operating commitments that our team holds itself accountable to.
Mission
To deliver the most trusted, most entertaining, and most accessible online casino and sports betting experience to Malaysian players — combining international game quality with genuinely local service, payment convenience, and cultural understanding. We aim to be the platform that Malaysian players recommend to each other without hesitation.
Vision
To become Southeast Asia's benchmark for responsible, player-first online gaming — where cutting-edge technology, fair game mechanics, and genuine care for player wellbeing are not treated as trade-offs but as the foundation of a sustainable and respected brand. We grow when our players grow with us.
Core Values We Live By
What Sets MBI96 Apart
Six pillars that define the MBI96 difference — and why thousands of Malaysian players choose us over other platforms.
Built for Malaysian Players
From ringgit-denominated accounts to support agents who understand local context, MBI96 is engineered specifically for players in Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, and everywhere in between. We don't treat Malaysia as an afterthought — it's our primary market.
Withdrawals That Actually Move
Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX — your winnings land in your e-wallet as fast as 5 minutes. Bank transfers to Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong typically process within a few hours. No unexplained delays, no excuses.
Certified Fair & Independently Audited
Every game on MBI96 — slots, live tables, crash games — runs on independently certified RNG systems. RTP figures are not made up; they are audited by third-party testing labs and reflect actual payout performance over millions of game rounds.
Genuine 24/7 Human Support
Our support team is staffed around the clock — not just a chatbot routing you to an FAQ. When you contact MBI96 support at any hour, you reach a real person who can action your request immediately, whether it's a payment query or an account issue.
Competitive Odds Across All Sports
Our sportsbook offers tight margins across EPL, La Liga, UEFA Champions League, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, and more. Mix Parlay enthusiasts will find MBI96's parlay builder among the most flexible available, with in-play markets refreshing in real time.
Responsible Gambling as Standard
Deposit limits, session time reminders, self-exclusion tools, and a full Responsible Gambling programme are built into the platform — not buried in settings. We enforce the 21+ age requirement through mandatory KYC, and we take problem gambling seriously. See our Responsible Gambling page.
Our Journey
MBI96 has grown steadily since day one — not through shortcuts, but through earning player trust one positive experience at a time. Here are some of the milestones that have shaped who we are today.
MBI96 is Established
A team of gaming industry veterans and Malaysian technology professionals launch MBI96 with a focused mission: build the most player-friendly online casino for the Malaysian market. Initial platform covers slots and live casino.
Sportsbook & Live Football Launched
MBI96 expands into sports betting, adding full EPL and Liga Super Malaysia coverage. Live football streaming integration follows, making MBI96 a one-stop platform for Malaysian football fans who want to watch and bet in the same session.
Local Payment Integration Complete
Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, and FPX are all fully integrated. Withdrawal processing times drop to under 30 minutes for e-wallets. Cryptocurrency deposits go live for USDT, BTC, and ETH.
MBI96 VIP Tier System Introduced
Bronze, Silver, Gold, and VIP tiers launch alongside the birthday bonus programme and referral system. Long-term players finally get formal recognition and tier-matched migration support for players switching from other platforms.
Continuously Growing for Malaysian Players
MBI96 continues to expand its game library, refine its payment infrastructure, and deepen its responsible gambling programme — always with Malaysian players at the centre of every product decision.
Our Commitment to Malaysian Players
Beyond the games and the bonuses, this is what MBI96 promises to every player on the platform — in plain language, no fine print needed.
Your Winnings Are Always Available
Player funds are held in segregated accounts, entirely separate from MBI96 operational funds. Your withdrawal request will never be delayed because of the platform's internal cash position.
Clear Terms, No Hidden Conditions
Every bonus, promotion, and withdrawal rule is documented in plain English before you opt in. We don't bury critical conditions in tiny footnotes. If something's not clear, our support team will explain it before you commit.
Your Data is Protected
MBI96 uses 256-bit SSL encryption across all data transmissions. We do not sell personal data to third parties. KYC documents are stored securely and accessed only by authorised compliance staff. Read our full Privacy Policy.
Responsible Gambling is Non-Negotiable
We enforce 21+ age verification through mandatory KYC. Deposit limits, loss limits, reality checks, and self-exclusion tools are available to all players. Problem gambling resources are linked prominently, not hidden away.
Certified Game Fairness
All games on MBI96 operate on certified RNG systems independently tested and verified by third-party auditors. RTP figures reflect real performance, not theoretical maximums selected for marketing purposes.
International Standards, Local Delivery
MBI96 operates under international online gaming licensing frameworks, meeting recognised standards for player protection and financial integrity. Malaysian users are advised to understand their local legal obligations regarding online gambling participation.
