These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and MBI96 ("MBI96", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the MBI96 online gaming platform accessible at https://mbi96.cam and any related mobile or web applications (collectively, the "Platform").

MBI96 operates under international online gaming licensing frameworks and provides online casino games, live dealer games, sports betting, and related entertainment services to eligible users worldwide, including players located in Malaysia.

By registering an account, depositing funds, or otherwise accessing the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, all of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

Your use of the Platform constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms. Acceptance is deemed to occur upon the earliest of:

1. Completion of the account registration process;
2. Making a deposit to your Account;
3. Placing a wager or participating in any game or betting market on the Platform; or
4. Accessing any restricted area of the Platform that requires login credentials.

These Terms supersede any prior agreements, representations, or understandings between you and MBI96 in relation to your use of the Platform. MBI96 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time in accordance with Clause 15.

To be eligible to register and use the Platform, you must confirm that:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable law;
• You are not a Prohibited User as defined in Clause 2;
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, or affiliate of MBI96 or its group entities, and are not acting on behalf of any such person;
• You are accessing the Platform for personal entertainment only, and not for commercial or business purposes;
• You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with all laws applicable to you in your country or jurisdiction of residence, including Malaysia.

Note for Malaysian Users: MBI96 does not operate under Malaysian government oversight. Malaysian players are personally responsible for understanding and complying with local laws regarding online gambling. MBI96 makes no representation that use of the Platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction.

To access real-money services on MBI96, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate, complete, and current personal information as requested. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate at all times.

5.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual may maintain only one (1) registered Account on the Platform. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being permanently suspended and all balances being forfeited pending investigation.

5.2 KYC Documents Required

Prior to processing your first withdrawal, you must submit valid KYC documents, which may include:

• A clear copy of your Malaysian MyKad, Passport, or other government-issued photo identification;
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or equivalent dated within 3 months);
• Proof of payment method (screenshot or statement confirming ownership of the depositing account);
• A selfie or live photo for identity confirmation, if requested by compliance staff.

MBI96 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage in accordance with its AML/KYC compliance obligations. Processing typically completes within 30 minutes during standard business hours.

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

MBI96 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment channels for Malaysian users: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and cryptocurrency (BTC, USDT, ETH). Availability of specific channels may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

• Minimum deposit: RM20 (or cryptocurrency equivalent);
• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 (or cryptocurrency equivalent);
• Maximum daily withdrawal limit: as displayed in your Account settings and may vary by VIP tier.

6.3 Processing Times

MBI96 does not charge processing fees on standard withdrawals. Third-party fees imposed by payment processors, banks, or blockchain networks are the User's sole responsibility.

6.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will only be processed where:

• Your account KYC verification is complete and approved;
• All applicable wagering requirements on active bonuses are satisfied;
• The withdrawal amount does not exceed your daily or tier-based limit;
• Your account is in good standing with no pending investigations.

MBI96 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible registered members, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, birthday bonuses, and referral bonuses. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's terms.

• All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements as stated in the promotion details. Standard wagering requirements range from 20x to 35x the bonus amount unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash directly without satisfying wagering requirements.
• Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time, unless the promotion explicitly permits stacking.
• Minimum odds requirements apply to sports betting bonuses. Bets placed at odds below the stated minimum will not contribute to wagering requirements.
• Certain game types (e.g., Baccarat, Roulette, Live Casino) may contribute at a reduced percentage or zero percentage to wagering requirements. Contribution rates are detailed within each promotion.
• MBI96 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to pattern betting, low-risk hedging, or multi-accounting.
• Birthday bonuses are credited to the verified account once per calendar year on the registered date of birth, subject to VIP tier qualification and account activity requirements.
• Referral bonuses are credited upon the referred member's first qualifying deposit and are subject to standard wagering requirements.

All games available on the MBI96 Platform, including slot machines, live dealer tables, virtual sports, crash games, lottery games, and sports betting markets, are subject to the specific game rules and betting rules applicable to each product. These rules are made available within the relevant game interface or sports betting section of the Platform.

8.1 Game Fairness: All casino games on MBI96 operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or live-streamed physical dealing processes for live dealer tables. RNG certification is conducted by independent third-party testing laboratories. Published RTP rates reflect audited long-term performance data.

8.2 Sports Betting: MBI96 provides in-play and pre-match betting markets across major sports including EPL, La Liga, UEFA Champions League, Liga Super Malaysia, international football, UFC, basketball, and more. All bets are subject to the sports betting terms, including but not limited to: result confirmation timeframes, voiding rules for postponed or abandoned events, and maximum payout caps per event.

8.3 Bet Confirmation: A bet is only confirmed when you receive a confirmation notification on the Platform. MBI96 reserves the right to void bets placed at erroneous odds or due to technical errors, provided that notice is given to the User as soon as reasonably practicable.

8.4 Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction, communications failure, or system error that affects the outcome of any game or bet, MBI96 reserves the right to void affected game rounds or bets and refund the relevant stake to the User's Account.

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities on the Platform. Any violation may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds:

• Multi-accounting: Opening or operating more than one registered account, whether directly or through a third party;
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes or share information in real-time during play;
• Automated Gameplay: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated software to interact with the Platform;
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through pattern betting, hedging, arbitrage, or any strategy designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine risk;
• Fraudulent Chargebacks: Initiating payment chargebacks or reversals in bad faith after wagering deposited funds;
• Identity Fraud: Providing false information during registration or KYC, or using another person's identity or payment method;
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to conceal the origin of illegally obtained funds or to facilitate any financial crime;
• Hacking or Interference: Attempting to access, modify, or disrupt the Platform's software, servers, networks, or data in any unauthorised manner.

MBI96 employs automated monitoring systems and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Suspicious activity is reported to relevant authorities where required by applicable law.

MBI96 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime;
• Instruction from a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or court order;
• Underage account registration;
• Extended account inactivity, in accordance with the dormant account policy set out below.

Dormant Accounts: An account is considered dormant if there has been no login or transaction activity for a consecutive period of 12 months. MBI96 will notify the User via registered email before applying a dormancy administration fee. If no response is received within 30 days of notification, a monthly maintenance fee may be deducted from the dormant balance until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.

Upon account closure at the User's request, any remaining Real Money Balance (subject to minimum thresholds) will be returned via the User's most recently used verified payment method, provided all outstanding wagering requirements have been satisfied.

All content on the MBI96 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, user interfaces, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, imagery, game assets, and audio — is the exclusive property of MBI96 or its licensor partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform strictly for your personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, modify, sublicense, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without MBI96's prior written consent.

Any user-generated content submitted to the Platform (including reviews, feedback, or communications) grants MBI96 a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with its services.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MBI96 and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of data, loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of business opportunity, or damages arising from system downtime, technical errors, or third-party service failures.

MBI96's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

MBI96 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.

The collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data by MBI96 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference.

By using the Platform, you consent to MBI96 collecting and processing your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for account management, payment processing, fraud prevention, KYC/AML compliance, and service communications.

MBI96 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We take problem gambling seriously and provide the following tools to all registered members:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your Account;
• Loss Limits: Define maximum loss thresholds per time period;
• Session Time Reminders: Receive alerts after a defined session duration;
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from the Platform for a defined period or permanently.

MBI96 enforces a strict minimum age of 21 years. Any account found to be held by a person under this age will be immediately closed and all funds will be returned to their verifiable source.

MBI96 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Amendments will take effect upon publication of the revised Terms on the Platform. Where amendments are material, MBI96 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via registered email or an in-Platform notification.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which MBI96 is duly licensed to operate.

In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact MBI96 customer support to seek an informal resolution. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of notification, either party may refer the matter to the competent dispute resolution body as designated by MBI96's operating licence.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
